Our place is available for short term and long term bookings.

Short Term

Please not that our minimum stay period for short term rental is 2 nights.

$175 per night for 7 – 13 days

$160 per night for bookings of 2 to 4 weeks
$150 per night for bookings longer than 4 weeks

$180 per night during December and January as this is our busiest time

For stays longer than 6 weeks prices are negotiable. Please enquire with us.

These rates include one nights stay for two adults, final cleaning as well as the utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet and telephone).

Long Term

Long term rental refers to bookings of at least 6 months.
